You are leasing Country Graphics' Products or Primlicious Graphics.

Country Graphics requires an active membership in their paid Country Graphics Club to use graphic products for personal gain. Primlicious Does NOT have any commercial license use, please read their rules below.
COUNTRY GRAPHICS TM - TERMS OF USE:
Do not alter our graphics without permission.
If you use our graphics please give Country Graphics credit for them.
Place a link on the web pages that you will be using our graphics http://countrygraphics.biz
All other medias add a copyright message: © Country Graphics.
You do not have permission to use Country Graphics' templates or graphics for your own profit.
You can not resell our graphics, only we can sell our graphics and printable templates.
You can use them on labels for your business products, for personal use, and personal craft projects.
If you want to use our Country Graphics products for "personal gain" you need to become a member in our Country Graphics Club.
Two club memberships are available:
Yearly active fee is $20.00... and must be renewed to use our graphic products for profit.
Lifetime membership for 100.00 and allows you access for a lifetime of use of hundreds of graphic sets, templates, websets, and printables, THAT GROW every year! Go to www.countrygraphicsclub.com to become a member.
Family friendly sites only! That means no adult material whatsoever. Unconditionally no profanity, nudity, racism or hatred sites! They are to be only used by personal, business and organizations that are family friendly.
We reserve the right to alter our terms at any time to protect our graphics.

Graphics are intended for personal and business use and not for resale. Exception: You need to request permission to use our graphics on products that are for sale. You are purchasing a lifetime personal usage lease. We retain the right to update the terms to protect PCC graphics. You agree to fill out and submit a personal profile form.

Country Graphics retains all copyrights. Graphics, Web Sets, and Templates are original artwork and copyrighted. Our graphic products are NOT Public Domain! They are NOT "Royalty Free Clip Art."
PRIMLICIOUS GRAPHIC TERMS:
Can I sell the crafts/products/designs I create with Primlicious artwork on my own site and at craft shows? YES, YOU CAN!
Can I sell the crafts/products/designs I create with Primlicious artwork on other people's websites? YES, YOU CAN!
Can I sell patterns I create using Primlicious artwork? YES, YOU CAN!
Ok, just so I understand.......I can actually use the Primlicious artwork I purchase? YES, YOU CAN!
How much is Primlicious Commercial License? A whopping $0.00! That's right! $0.00
Primlicious does not sell Commercial Licenses, nor do they require them.
Primlicious has simple requirements.
Primlicious wants credit for the work they have done (that's just common courtesy);
Simply put, you must make something new with the artwork in order to be able to sell it.
A longer explanation: We don't want Primlicious artwork resold in the form you receive it (in graphic collections, singles, or on transparent layers). Only Primlicious or our resale vendors are allowed to sell Primilicious graphics.
In other words, graphics can't be resold AS the original graphics you receive, and our pre-made printables can't be resold as downloadable printables.
You can, however, print out and sell products created with the printables. If you use our artwork to CREATE "YOUR OWN" printables, you may sell those as downloadable printables and/or as finished products.
How You May Not Use Primlicious Graphics:
These graphics must be incorporated into something new that you've created yourself. In other words, they can't be re-sold AS the original graphics you receive within other graphic collections (including blank, uncustomized siggys and avatars, psp tubes, and formats that are transparent). This artwork may not be used in any type of mass production, and if they will be used in digital scrapbook kits, a texture may be added, otherwise they must be merged/flattened onto something else (such as a frame, tag, or background paper).
ClipArt Collections CAN beresold ONLY with the purchase of a Reseller License.
What are the Requirements?
Credit for the artwork should be stated as"________created using artwork by PrimliciousGraphics"on all web pages and packaging where these designs are displayed...
and a link, when possible, should be provided to www.primliciousgraphics.com
